Get Blurr for Chrome

Blurr is an extension for Chrome on a computer. Edge, Brave and Opera are Chromium browsers too and should work, but they are untested.

How to install it

Download and unzip the extension.
Open chrome://extensions and enable Developer mode.
Choose “Load unpacked” and select the folder containing manifest.json.
Reload your AI chat tab to activate it.

After you install

Open a supported AI chat site, or reload its tab if it was already open. The first time, Blurr downloads its AI model once (about 181 MB); until that is ready, the rule-based checks already work.

What you need

Chrome 116 or newer on Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS. Blurr is not available for phones or tablets.
